Backdrop Care

In Use!
Please take care when handling your hand-painted backdrop to ensure it remains in pristine condition.
- Unwrapping: Avoid using anything sharp when unwrapping your backdrop.
- Handling: Do not drag or pull the backdrop over sharp edges or rough surfaces, and avoid placing it on dirty or uneven ground.
- Moisture: Keep your backdrop dry at all times — water exposure can cause permanent damage.
- Rolled Backdrops: If your backdrop arrives rolled on a tube, always re-roll it tightly on the same core after use. Never fold or crease it, as this will cause irreversible damage.
- Setup Surface: Before rolling out your backdrop, make sure the floor is clean, dry, smooth, and free from debris.
- During Use: Avoid moving sharp or heavy objects across the surface. Wipe shoes before standing on the backdrop, and if models are wearing heels, take extra care to prevent tears or punctures.
Storage
Store your backdrop tightly rolled on its tube and secure it with tape every 6 inches on both ends. It may be stored standing upright or lying flat — just ensure the area is clean, dry, and level.
Cleaning
If your backdrop needs cleaning, use a natural damp sponge to gently pat the affected area — do not scrub. Allow it to air dry completely before rolling away.
